The little bond thingy says they'll pay out ten grand if I suddenly decide to turn to a life of crime. Isn't that what liability insurance is for? Do you have to pay back a bond?
A bond is only redeemable if you are in fact found guilty of doing something wrong to your client in a court of law, so if you have liability insurance a bond is of little value except, as you noted whe saying "licensed, bonded & insured" honestly, I put it in my ads, and the only licensing need I have in Arizona is a drivers license. I mean if you wanna question something in that ad line, check out the licensed part. Like I have a resale license, and I renew my city license to do business every year but the client doesn't have a clue. The really paranoid clients I have demand to see my drivers license & business card before they open their front doors
