I know that machine very well. If it is in good condition you post it on your local craigslist and ask $299 or best offer, it should end up selling for about $200-$250 cash money depending on your local economy and demand. Don't take less than $200 unless you need the cash right now. If you google for a new one, they want like $600 for it, which I think is higher than that machine should retail for, but that's just my opinion.

craigslist has options for uploading pics as well. here's the Richmond VA craiglist for you as an example http://richmond.craigslist.org/search/tla

hope this helps you out,

Id check with collectors first. Anything military is pretty collectible.
Maybe find some old navy locks and keys to put together a nice little lot for auction :)

great little cutter. I own two of them and 1 paid over $200 each for them. Pair it up with a several sets of code keys and u have one very economical poor mans code cutter. :)

Round here you would be lucky to get $150 for one. I've listed a 12v model and a 120 volt model at $175 and no takers.

I find a lot of craigslist people to be the biggest cheapskates ever. I was trying to sell some mounted winter tires used only 1 season and listed them for $300. The first offer I got was $75 bucks for both (they were mounted on rims.)

People have lost the understanding of what a reasonable best offer means, it doesn't mean 50% of the asking price, but that's what they seem to think it means.. might as well rename craigslist.org to "I'll give you $50 bucks.org"

They are selling for 600??? I had mine listed here at $75 and not even a nibble. Can't believe they are selling for 600 new. So many machines I would buy instead.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!
