Old Falcon lock

Hey guys, I just got an old Falcon lock and had a couple questions...

1. Where can I get a 7 pin core for it?
2. Where can I get the correct keys for it?

Here are a few pictures of it.



Here is the pin stack... When I went to pick it I only set pins 1,2,4 and it opened. When I took it apart the #3 and 5 pins look like they are right at the sheer line.



Here is the keys I have to make some keys for it... I dont think they are good because it has the cut along the upper part of it and when cut the pins may not ride on it...????

Oh, and here is a pippen file that a locksmith gave me...



I really want to make this thing 6 or 7 pin but not if it costs an arm and leg..

you might have to clean that pippen file up a bit. there is a brush they make just for files, that clean out the crap that gets stuck in is, sometimes you may think a file is dull but really it just needs to be cleaned properly. but i would be surprised if that file is good, it looks pretty worn out and rusted. but brass is soft so you might be ok. nice lock!

Do your blanks fit the lock? If so you should be okay.
Don't think you are going to find a 6 or 7 pin cylinder, Falcon has not made that style of lock in quite a while.

I may be able to help you find a 7 pin core for that lock. I have a few laying around.



My cores are for KW5 blanks though (basically Titan keys). If you would like to set up a trade, PM me.
