This booklet of 26 pages was printed a long time ago. I suspect that it was one of the booklets put out by the Locksmith Ledger in decades past.
It showed up on eBay recently for $5.99 delivered. http://www.ebay.com/itm/HOW-TO-Make-KEYS-by-the-IMPRESSION-METHOD-MANUAL-BOOKLET-MASTER-LOCKSMITH-/191741608611?hash=item2ca4b0c2a3:g:4VwAAOSw4UtWTcWU Normally they show up on Amazon for $20+.
Turns out that photocopies are being sold, not originals. Someone is selling a stack of them. There is no copyright notice in the booklet. Some outfit named "Red Bird Gun Parts" is making the copies. I am not sure what the legality of the situation is: if the Locksmith Ledger still holds a copyright or not, or if they care.
At any rate, here is what is in the booklet in case someone else is interested in acquiring a copy, original or copied:
3 pages are on warded bit keys. It has the usual suggestions and adds a couple of ideas I had not seen before: one was to grind off the blades of some blanks to make pin gauges to quickly identify what bit key blanks have the proper pin diameter. Another idea was to use a small inside caliber to get the right key height. Interesting concepts, but probably more useful when bit keys were widespread.
1 page is on barrel keys. It had the same suggestion on grinding off blades to have a set of gauges to quickly check on the post size of barrel key locks.
<1 page is on warded padlocks. Nothing new.
3 pages on lever locks. Has some good information, including master keyed lever locks. But then, lever locks are not that common anymore.
6 pages on pin tumbler locks. Nothing really new, but it does devote a paragraph or two on how to use the pull-out method without special tools. Will have to give that a try sometime.
1/2 a page on disc tumbler locks.
1/2 a page on luggage locks.
Overall, not much in the booklet that one would not pick up in Gordon's post Impressioning Different Types of Locks - PICTURE HEAVY: http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=62259#p459748. If someone likes collecting this sort of thing the booklet might be worthwhile, otherwise probably not worth the cost if one just wants to learn how to impression.
