Funny I just saw this thread.
We have door operators where I work. The ones that never give any trouble are hardwired to handicap buttons. The others...most are 433, a couple are 868.3 MhZ. Of those, the 433's give me the problems. I just spent a whole day with an operator tech getting them all to work properly. We had to reposition receivers, extend antennas and generally fiddle around to get buttons to work operators no more than 10 feet away. I happened to key my walkie at the same moment the tech pushed a transmitter button a few feet away and THAT was enough to swamp the signal in prevent operation.
