Yale Friction Fence Combo Lock

Forgot how to dial the combination on that old safe? Think you got the right numbers but the handle is stuck? What safe should you buy? Ask your safe questions here!

I didnt even see your original post until your reply, but then again Ive been working a lot and only on the forum for a minute or two every other day.

Nice lock, have always been a fan of those. Ebay score?

They are cool locks, and can be a bit more difficult to manipulate, at least to my limited experience. Nice find.

Looks really nice. I do not know anything about safes or dials, but it is very pretty.

Made a display mount for the Yale .. Will get the S&G in the next few days.. Cant decide whether to stain or paint gray

Are you going to finish the wood on the safe mount, or leave it bare wood? There is also this post on making a safe mount.

I am considering painting the wood black or gray to match a safe door ..Maybe some gold accent..
