Warding info/diagram

Hello,
I have been having to decode best 7pin cores and American lock/Paclock padlocks for my job as a Subcontractor for Preventative Maintenance/Repairs on Army reserves with the Lishi 2n1 tools. Rest assured I made friends with the QM's for free Padlocks . My question is I would like to be able to do this for residential applications as a side job of repining crappy Schlage and Kwikset keyway, I can't find where I can associate there warding with the manufacturers code (ex. KW1) so I can make an informed purchase. Anyone have a link or photo to help? Thanks in advance

What exactly are you after? A pair of Kwikset and Schlage Lishis? A keyway chart of the common residential keyways? Pin lengths? A pin kit?

um, there's pretty much Kwikset KW1 and Schlage SC1 only major difference is that some will be 5 pin and some are 6 pins but that isn't related to the keyway profile or warding.

I have a feeling we are not understanding your question or end goal of why you need that info in conjunction with the other info you need? is it just to buy the proper Lishi tool?


I don't think there's any kind of reference that lists Schlage lock models, and the different key code (do you mean key cuts as in the bitting of the key?) in reference to the warding (do you mean shape of the keyway or section or profile?)
