Template

I was wondering if anyone has a template for a tensioner for a tubular lock. I can cut one out of metal if I can get a template. My impressing tool won't work on it and I want to try single pin pick it.

Back in Oct 2005 a member "JimB" was kind enough to post a picture of a tubular tension wrench which was then manufactured and sold by "Ideal Creations". Ideal Creations is long out of business.
But I found a photo of a similar wrench (fourth from the bottom) The tubular tension tools all bear a similarity to one another.
However JimB noted that the gaps in the middle are: 1/4" on one side and 3/16" on the other. With that information, you can easily make your own.

I still have that exact set. That tensioner works well. I used it as a pattern on hacksaw blades, but only have one size per tool instead of two sizes on opposite sides of the same tools. The way they added the warded picks to either end I found to be very inconvenient, as they usually got in the way when picking tubular locks mounted on flat surfaces/doors.
