 I have an old Yale & Towne lock. I am trying to pick it and am having zero success. The core does not rotate at all when applying tension. It does go up and down slightly when the shackle is pressed in. Any ideas?

First, can we get a pic of the keyway? Trying to verify that it is a disc tumbler lock.
