Ironically, customers are probably much happier to believe that their safe needs cutting open with an oxyacetylene torch than to be told it just needs one little hole drilling in it.

kens right though, these rip offs tend to drive the mercs etc, thanks to gullable joe public. maybe as we are all branded villains we ought to be.
though no challenge in that.

its easy to lower standards and join em, but far more fun to go against them, big challenge to try and change an industry.

i spoke to ken of this job, ken priced it and did the job properly, though could have easily ripped em off, as he could have doubled his price and still got it and still been cheaper than the rip offs.
