I have ordered a couple of times from lockpicks.com They are a good company and got my orders out quickly. Maybe they are slow because of the holidays.

Ditto Grudge. I trust that you tried to contact them before posting here, but if you didn't, you might want to do so.

I have ordered here on numerous occasions I live a short while from where they are stationed so they get my order out very quickly. I ordered a gift a couple days before the holidays and didn't end up getting it till after New Years.
So I imagine it is not a huge company just similar to your local locksmithing company. And they were prolly just taking a long break. You shouldn't worry about it.

I got my order yesterday. It took about a week or so, and I am stationed in South Korea. So I would say the service is fine. Just my 200 won though.

I know it's fairly obvious but have you tried flushing out your cache and trying the site again - sometimes browsers go a bit wonky like that......
Oh look! it's 2016!

I ordered my pickset from them , took the grand total of 3 days to get to me .
That is some class of a record , normally takes about a week from US to Ireland , so i rate them

A+ Delivery time, I ordered at approx 11pm CST thursday night and my order showed up Monday 10am CST, using basic delivery.
A+ Service, I had questions regarding if they sold the peterson Just Picks sets, so I emailed and the same day got the reply, which was yes they do sell them. So if you do not see what you want email them and ask cus they might actually carry it.
A+ Pricing, from my searching around the prices, including shipping, beat everything else that is available.
Another interesting piece of info is that Brockhage is a division of ThoseStores.com who owns lockpicks.com, I discovered this when my email was answered by Mr. Brockhage, and confirmed it when I got my pick gun warranty card and its says it right on the first line of the card.
Hope this helps,
Thomas

just a note: never order around the holidays, I ordered the economy opening kit, generic jiggler keys, and some warded padlock picks... they said they sent it on the 14th... and i got it on the 28th. lol
meh, good stuff though, might have been slow but very reliable.

One of the times that I bought from this site, they mixed up my order. I just emailed them with the proper information and they sent me the right picks for free. The delivery took about one week and the prices are very reasonable too. I would definately buy from them again.

I bought my first set of picks from them not to long ago. I received the picks in less than a week. They sent the wrong ones though. They were actually $10.00 more than the ones I originally ordered. I emailed them about it (and they got back to me right away) and they told me I could keep them and to forget about the ten bucks.
The cost of sending them through UPS was brutal though. I won't be doing that again anytime soon. They even charged me for a COD when it wasn't a COD item. Man, $40.00 worth of merchandise with a $20.00 delivery fee. What's wrong with that picture?
