Window Lock Keys?

Postby Firebrand » 30 May 2005 10:21

Hi guys,

Would there be list that someone might have of the various PVC window lock types and the proper key blanks which is is peculiar to those locks?

Cos I'm currently looking for a window lock key which is made by the name 'Shaw'

This brand of window lock I'm not familar with at all, I've tried a WMS and a Mila key blank in it but no joy.

Help much appreciated.

Why dont you try Davenport Burgess in willenhall. If you go on there website you can see all the window keys they do on the Key section.

What type of key is it?

Is it a shaped one like a square or triangle,

An allen key type one,

Or a 'proper' key type one,

Are you in the trade or buying from a shop and what country are you in?

Cheers for the help guys, I finally got it sorted. I had to use an ST1 and cut it with a pippen file.

Thanks again!
