the videos describe the technique of cutting down a key to 9 for all pins. Then filing the tip of the key and the "stopper" (no idea what its actually called) down 0,5mm, so the key can move further into the lock.
The key is inserted into the lock and light torque is applied on the key. Then the key is hit several times with the handle of a screwdriver or a light plastic hammer. This should unlock allmost all pintumbler locks.
