Hi Mate

Tri-circle padlocks fly open with the rake, don't use to much tension. try shimming the padlocks.

as for others would need to know with types they are

my other locks are all padlocks, wich i am able to open, but these tri-circles beats me. i am also new to picking and not yet able to pick pin by pin. as soon i know how to post pictures , i will send a couple of pics-of rakes made of wiper blade inserts.as well as ones made of junior hacksaw blades. they were working fine, although i messed up some using to much force . i have also spend hours reading through all the post and there is no easy answer or shortcut to picking locks-only practice.ABUS padlocks also seem hard to open as well as OMEGA.anyway guys thanks for responding to requests .I think it is only fair to say by surfing this site for at least a month .one would safe everybodys time before asking silly questions like:HOW DOES ONE MAKE PICKS or WHAT MATERIALS to use. all answers is here ! READ!!!!!!!!!!

There's a big fat Tri-Circle at work on a file cupboard. I want to find out who has the key and ask if I can borrow it if I replace the lock while it's being borrowed. :)

As we all know, you can't pick locks you don't own.... without.... yeah, you know the rest.

Some things may be pick proof, but everything can be bypassed....

The cut of the key can make a big difference, could be a nasty cut IE. a high beside a low cut.
I find if i can't open a lock , i just put it away, go try another lock, go back to it later, you will open it , eventually :-)
