Snap pick design

Has anyone seen, or tried this snap pick design? I found it in an Ebook on another site, supposedly the CIA Lock Picking Field Manual, but you know how easy it is to "create" stuff today, might be:



I like the fact it has a "trigger". Looks pretty simple, but a lot more lenght of metal then the snap picks I've seen here.

I suggest you "How to Make a Snapper Pick by Sams Choice" (it's just two posts above yours).
I've never tried a snap gun but I've bent a lot of wire and I can assure you this is a simpler and better design.

I've actually made two really good snappers using his guide out of windshield wiper inserts, this one looks more comfortable though, the whole trigger vs my tumb rolling off of it. That and Samschoice is compact, fits in the pick case.
