Hi, I've just had an attempted break in. They snapped and removed the cylinder in my UPVC front door. But...the door is still locked (or jammed) They didn't get in fortunately, but I now cannot open my own front door, even though there is no lock in it!
Is there some security feature which means this kind of door remains locked if the cylinder is removed? If so, how do I open my door? If not, what is keeping the door locked, and how do I open it? (I can access it from the inside).
Thankyou
