I invented this pick from bending and twisting wiper blade material. I notched the rake-like design with a round file. It works pretty well for alot of cheap locks and cylinder types. I like its compactness and you don't need a tension wrench. I describe the pick action as raking and bumping, yet effective. This was my first childhood design, and I still use the scissor pick today.
