First thing, relax. Frustration causes muscle tension and reduces focus. There can be shallowly serrated pins inside master 140's as well, so not every pin is neccessarily a spool or regular, which means that there could be unaccounted for false sets. Pins dropping back down into the keyway that you thought were set might be hung up on these if they don't give a spools feedback or the lock won't falseset.

A good way to find out if it is a different security driver is to intentionally overlift. That's lift the pin to the first click, then push it past that to look for additional clicks to see if it is a false serrated driver instead of a smooth one. If you got more than one click, but not huge false set it could be one of these.
Second thing, links.

If you still want to search use google to search this site for 140, master 140, spools, security pins, etc, and you'll find tons of info. Somewhere there should be a sticky thread with pictures of security pins that has a few 140's pins. Pick from the top of the keyway so you have the extra room, relax, and you'll get the feel for it.
