I just recently got introduced to the world of lockpicking by the folks at Irvine Underground / Lockpicking101 at DEFCON13. I picked up a set of tools and since already started prowling stores for locks. I have sucessfully picked everything that I have come across so far (nothing exotic), except for this one Kryptonite padlock. This is not one of their tubular/bicycle locks, but a standard padlock.

So far I can get upto 3 pins (that I can hear release when I pull the tension wrench), and it's not always the same 3. It seems to take a LOT of tension to get some pins, while others will only set with a very little tension, while some won't seem to set at all.
Does anyone know anything about this lock or have any suggestions?
Any pointers on this are appreciated.
