I beat that one!

Haha! I got that one a little while ago (got=picked). I bought it but needed to make a special tension wrench, or at least one different than all my others. I took wiper blades and made it not as wide. I then put that in the top of the keyway, instead of at the bottom. I found that it would have been very difficult to get a pick in there with the wrench at the bottom. Then, it's just standard difficult picking. I dunno about serrated pins, but DEFINATELY spools. Trust me on that one, they were a pain. Also, if you have a key, don't look at it to try and guess high and low pins, trust your feel in the lock. I did that (look at key) with a brinks shrouded, and I think it really hindered my picking.

The keyway looks just like the one on this Papaiz padlock.
It has 5 bottom pins and 5 top pins, which might be security spool pins

A tension wrench could look like this,(I actually cut off the edge,(after the picture was taken) to give more space to the front pins) Make the wrench as thin as possible, so it only exactly can slide into the bottom of the keyway, not giving to the right nor to the left, and as low as possible, leaving as much space as possible to the pick.

A pick could very well look like this, you use the pick to lift the each pin.

To open the lock, put the wrench in the bottom of the keyway, apply tension to the wrench and lift the pins with the pick until they reach the shear line, immediately after that happens you turn the plug big time.

It is how I do it, hope it helps!
And remember:
Before you pick a lock:
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that
the lock is your's and secondly make sure its not in use.

yeah - they definately have spools - not to mention a rather restrictive keyway! they can be a pain!
