The keyway looks just like the one on this Papaiz padlock.
It has 5 bottom pins and 5 top pins, which might be security spool pins
A tension wrench could look like this,(I actually cut off the edge,(after the picture was taken) to give more space to the front pins) Make the wrench as thin as possible, so it only exactly can slide into the bottom of the keyway, not giving to the right nor to the left, and as low as possible, leaving as much space as possible to the pick.
A pick could very well look like this, you use the pick to lift the each pin.
To open the lock, put the wrench in the bottom of the keyway, apply tension to the wrench and lift the pins with the pick until they reach the shear line, immediately after that happens you turn the plug big time.
