
Take a look at the first image and all looks straightforward, now take a look at the second image. You will see 2 drilled holes in the white bit. In theory I should be able to remove the screws and slide the outside housing off complete with lock (after handle is removed).
The screws inside are set 2" within the frame and are not magnetic. Hence if I unscrew these screws they will be lost forever as the frame is sealed, not too much of a problem as I can replace the screws.
So what I'm looking for is an opinion on wether it is only these 2 screws holding the lock in place? or is it a bit more complicated than that?
(should've said, there's no lock access or handle on the inside, just a bump bar)
