Alright so i just got my first set of picks today and decided to try them out. I went to one of the deadbolts on my house and picked it a few times using raking and single pin picking methods. When i was done having my fun i went to test the key out to make sure all was still dandy.... Well it wasn't. the key inserts smoothly almost the entire way, except for the last pins worth of the key. Then it doesn't rotate at all all and is very very tough to remove from the bolt. I've ran my pick along all the pins and they all seem to be fine so I'm not totally sure what is causing this problem. I'm renting and olderish house with my buddies and the deadbolt seems to be pretty old as well. just thought id post on here before shooting some sort of lock lube in there.
i appreciate any feedback
