From what little I know about antique safes, this most resembles an Alpine based on the L shape hinges, the square door, round corners, and the shape of the dial and handle. I searched for Alpine safe dialing order and found this:

Turn handle.
If you turn the handle, putting a little a pressure on the lock, and turn the dial, you will feel a spot where the pressure is released as the dial turns. This will be the last number of the combination. Check it against the above combo's to see if one matches the last number.
they're written in a shorthand format, read them downwards. so first factory combination is 65-25-45, second one is 45-15-35, and so on.
