I bet you when it was demilitarized, it was set to 50-25-50, or 50-50-50, but that looks like the MR302 "click click " lock with the clicking ball detent at 0 which makes dialing a little more interesting for those who are not familiar with the anti manipulation click.
OP: Have you considered calling the lock shop listed on that sticker? Maybe tell them you just bought the house, and this Mosler field safe is in the (closet, basement, garage) and they may have record of what they set the combination to if they serviced it in the past.
and femurat is right, not much you're gonna do with a serial number on a safe like this. The combination will not be listed anywhere and has surely been changed since it was made. Mosler is also out of business since the late 1990's and Diebold who bought the remnants of the company will not have any useful info to give you.
