With a lot of safes from back then, information can be scarce. Sometimes someone may have information, but not know the model it is for. Also, sometimes the information for one model applies to other models. Pictures can help a lot.

Thank you for the comment! Yes I will attach some pictures. The safe is obviously repainted. Looks like a wood, maybe, walnut veneer paint under the grey paint. moving a part of the decoration reveals a keyhole and when one of the three keys is used a small door opens and reveals the combination wheels. there is also a hidden keyhole in the upper left corner and a key mechanism in the handle. Now to the sad part the handle itself is missing due to someone forgot the combination and the lock-smith wasn't obviously able to open the safe in any other way than drilling. I will have to repair the damage and make a new handle. If I only knew what it looks like...
Interesting is that the safe has the royal sigill up in from which would indicate that it probably was delivered to someone important at that time. I will be grateful for any information regarding the type of safe and the manufacturer or what the handle should look like.
