I did not have the room for those. I also looked at Harbor Freight tool cabinets that mount on the side of the large tool chests. I am not done yet, but I am making some bins out of 1/4" plywood. I will just slide these out the back for lock and so on. Inside I used parts drawers for key blanks and a couple stacking tool chests for tools and small stuff. And about a dozen plastic bins for KIK, Rim and Mortice parts and other things.


Since I am a DIYer and tinkerer by nature, I am always doing "something" to the van. I added more LED lights since this picture was taken. I had shadows on the key machines now that it gets dark early here this time of year.
I am not happy with the parts bins I put on either side of the LAB kit and have yet to come up with something I like. I picked up one of these from Home Depot to play with.

The clear plastic covers do not stay in place. I am going to try putting a small bungie on each one and see if that works.
