Key Blanks and re-pinning kits

Hello all, noob here. My search-fu came up with a few leads, but I am looking for keyblanks and re-pinning kits for Kwikset/Schlage.

So here are a few questions....

I think the Lab LDKU3 rekeying sets looks good, and Home Depot has it for $129.95

Also their price on keyblanks is decent:

Box of 250 Kwiksets for $29 and 250 SC1 for $32.

I have a 24 unit apartment complex I am working for and may have a 120+ unit complex that wants masterkeying done.

I am a MISER (Once, I was fighting with someone over a penny and made copper wire out of it ) and want to know if these prices are competitive?

lab is a good enough brand, but you'd probably be fine with a .005 set instead of a .003 set.

I'm just amazed that you can get that stuff from Home Depot. If only they stocked specialty stuff like that in the stores.

True, but since the price difference is neglible, go with the .003.
