OK. If you say so... You may want to take a closer look at the ethics involved in purposely taking things out of context. Acting in an ethical manner - in all walks - is something that you should strive to achieve if you're going to be a lockie, or anyone else working in the security industry at large.

At the very least, it makes for some  moments when someone in the know calls you out on it.

Actually, I did contribute something new to the thread. I pointed out that the "crime" that would be investigated - if any - by the FBI in the situation we are discussing is that of telecommunications fraud. That is much different than what you had implied which is why I took the time to point out the rather substantial difference.

People are also welcome to report unscruplous "locksmiths" to the Federal Avaition Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board, or even the Joint Chiefs of Staff. They are just as likely spend investigatory effort on the matter as the FBI.

Don't believe me? Fine. You live close enough. I'm having lunch with one of the senior SA's at the Greenville FBI office this week. PM me your info and I'll drop you a line. Feel free to join us and ask him yourself.

Have fun on your lockout call. It'd friggin' cold out tonight!
