I am using Lab brand Kwick set pin dia. Is .115. The master pins getting stuck vary from #2 #3 #4. I need help figuring this out before moving on; I have never had this happen before. Any suggestion?

Which method are you using to service the Kwikset cylinders ? Are you removing the bible top caps (preferred method) or using a follower ?
How large of a keying system is involved ? I use the Rotating Constant method of masterkeying when dealing with Kwikset.
Have you replaced all of the top (driver) pins with the "security" driver pins ? If so, one needs to be a normal top pin as it sounds like the cylinder is getting stuck due to alignment issues due to loading all chambers with the anti-pick top pins.
As Squelchtone suggested, I would recommend Schlage commercial or Arrow locks as they are much higher quality than Kwikset.
