project: do you know how to tell a pin is spool or not?
the typical sign is the spool pin will push your tension wrench back when you push it.
use lighter pressure when you are pushing a spool pin until you hear click...
actually, i alwasy think it's hard to tell people how to pick a 5 spool pins...you got to try by yourself again and again...while you are watching tv, movie, pooing...driving

hope you can open it soon.
there is a Brinks' shrouded shackle padlock(got 6 spool pins), it's good to practice also. the click sound is so loud...you won't be able to miss it.
