You have been told by a moderator that lockpickshop.com is a small operation... Their website "order form" is not a live self-aware globally networked order-fulfillment system like other eCommerce websites you may be familiar with... It sounds like you are trying to ask for information which might only be available upon request because the actual cost of shipping internationally fluctuates enough so that it is not able to be displayed to you via the order inquiry...
If all else fails you could always resort to low tech ordering methods like faxing an order form or mailing it in...
It is sad that this topic keeps coming up on a repetitious basis every so often...
Please have patience, even in this day and age you have to realize that just because you can order something at 11:59pm on a Friday evening, the people fulfilling that order in a small company may not even become aware of your order's existence until well after noon time on Tuesday if it is a holiday weekend... This may seem archaic in comparison to Amazon, et al. but small businesses basically don't exist outside of the 8am to 5pm business hours even though a website may be allowing you to place orders 24/7...
