I got a couple of master lock model #1's here one I plan on disassembling later, however one I want to keep to pick and add to my collection of locks.
Anyway I noticed with both of these locks that the core moves around like crazy. I can't rake the pins (let alone pick the individual pins) very well because the core moves around so much. Is this normal for master locks, or this particular model?
I only have one other master lock besides these two, but it's a little brass luggage bag padlock that I got at a yard sale. The core in that lock does'nt move around.
So my guess is that maybe this is some kind of anti pick design?
