ok i purchased a practice lock ( the one that shows you what is hapening to the pins) and i have picked it mny times. the first binding pin is the 2nd, then the 4th and then the 5th. the problem is that when i set the 4th(2nd binding pin) then i must set the 5th pin of the lock. i am using he standard hook pick btw. however it is impossible to push the 5th up enough for it to bind without the 4th bottom pin moving up to the outer lock so it keeps me from continuing. however with some fidgeting around i got to set the 5 th pin(3rd binding pin) , unsetting the 4th pin(2nd binding pin) and releasing a bit of tension the 4th bottom pin falls back in to the inner plug and sets itself. it is already hard enough to get it right on the practice lock i cant imagine my self doing it on normal lock. how can i overcome this problem. i tried using the bigger hook pick but it doesnt fit in the plug.
