no offense (to the people) you're right, and before.. it surprises me but i get my answers. as we all know mostly it is made of inferior materials. springs that easily decompressed, pins that are corrugatedly finished (not by purpose as security pins, but by poor manufacturing) pin chamber holes that are misaligned. they all contribute to lockpicking woes. and one more feature that amazed me, because of its poor quality, they are "SELF DESTRUCT" when pick by a careless beginner.
