Why are chinese locks with no security pins more dificult to pick compared to a good lock with security pins? Is it cause its so cheeply made? With so much play on the plug? Am i the only 1 having this problm?

no offense (to the people) you're right, and before.. it surprises me but i get my answers. as we all know mostly it is made of inferior materials. springs that easily decompressed, pins that are corrugatedly finished (not by purpose as security pins, but by poor manufacturing) pin chamber holes that are misaligned. they all contribute to lockpicking woes. and one more feature that amazed me, because of its poor quality, they are "SELF DESTRUCT" when pick by a careless beginner.
hi everyone, im glad to be a member of this very interesting community, our community of locksmiths. i hope i could help others, within my ability, and hope you can help me too, God bless us all fellow locksmiths.

I don't know what you're talking about, I haven't found a cheap Chinese lock that I couldn't open in under 20 secs by raking.

Single pin picking... yeah, yono hit the problem directly on the head.
