bilock is my best guess, and further info is that only a few members of this site, mostly australians, who have more of these locks to practice on have even said that they have picked this lock, its very secure, with two sidebars, meaning if you do know how to pick lock, its still gonna be real hard, there may be a special pick for it, but you would have to make it yourself if you even found info on it, I don't know of one, but I have seen theoretical discussions of what to make, I suggest you either give up on picking the lock, enter your garage by window or some other method, and try to take the lock off from the inside by unscrewing it, then take it to a locksmith and ask him if he can make a key, (lockshops have a counterman, who answers phones, and does over the counter business, if you dismount a lock and bring it to him, its a lot cheaper than haveing the guy come out in his truck
If its picking you must have, get an example of the lock and try whatever methods you can find using search, dissasemble and examine the inside of the lock to appreciate the complexity of this lock.
