STA-LOK Padlock, need help.

I've been trying all day, and i mean literally all day, to get this lock to open. Its off a locker at school and has 5 pins, I can set 4 of them because i can hear them click when i release tension, however i cannot set the 5th. I think it's the 3rd or 4th pin back but i just cant get it right.
Any suggestions like what pick to use etc.

It's the C125, 32mm one.

may be security pins in that lock im not sure. you might be oversetting some of the pins too. I would suggest someting a bit easier if this is your first lock attempt.

Curious, you mention it's from a locker at school, is it actually your lock? Or do you have permission.

It's my lock off my locker at school. I was able to pick my friends one which is the same lock, just this one wont budge. I'll try to not overset them if that might be what im doing wrong.

sounds like either over set pins, or possibly serrated pins. they would have the same effect of the dropping sound. i am guessing overset. A picture would say a thousand words though osh

view of pins maybe but im not sure pics will help. Just lube the lock and have another go at it or until you get it open.
