You can look at places like wal-mart and/or Lowes any hardware store but I would be careful as this could lead to spending more $$ than you need to.
I find yard sales and friends to be a great source for practice locks.
OH also if you find some old Masterlocks they have been great for me to practice on, again as it was said earlier...
