....um....personally id say better, cos well.....i prefer 'ead, but still enjoy the 'do'.
that and i learnt a new skill, and i just may become as good at it as the other ;p
but i was bouncing from here at the pc to the door repeatedly, after i grabbed a pair o pliers and a coathanger.
made the pick, but the first few attempts were far too big.
then i got it, but it was too long at the top so i trimmed it, and it was what i used for the next 1-2hrs or so.
at first i couldn't get anything and a lot of times i got it stuck after goin too far.
but i kept at it, went to my parents door (different lock on it) and tried it while it was open wide+locked.
then i started to 'feel' the teeth....
it's like when ur learning to drive and ur told to listen and wait for the 'feel' of the teeth start to work with the clutch.
even these days i still stall er trying to start er.
but i unlocked that door, and went back to mine.didnt unlock it by pick though.once i realised what i was doing, i went at it.
and that i did, taking about 10-15mins and bending the pick everyshape!
then i nearly got it
tried again.....it slipped.
once....last......
*thunk*

woooooow......

then tried it a few more times while it was wide open-locking and unlocking it.
still takes a few tries-but its do-able!
but im guna save up for some tools now, and get some practise locks, cos the rush of adrenalin i got once that door slowly slid open....
it was like orgasmic or somethin.
im still feelin funny inside, it feels great!
My 1st time was an E*S 3 Lever Reversible Bolt, thanks to the help of 'Sbecspeledrx', aka, 'My Hero' and a good old 'Button Hook.'
If it ain't broke.....pull it down and see how it works anyway!
