TAKE MY POLL WHICH SCHOOL IS BEST RECOMMENED

Postby kansascity » 2 Oct 2005 8:11

Hello I was wondering which school to use I noticed that on aloa.org the listings say they believe them to be in good standing but it doesnt say they regonize them or anything in that manner. I keep reading about see if the aloa regonize them but. Ok well im looking at locksmithvideoschool and foley belsaw. Afraid im going to dump money in and come out with no career. I would like to have my own mobil buisness. One more question my wife was thinking about this is there any women in this field..
thanks

Foley-Belsaw, or so I've heard, is a pretty good school. I know some of our members are currently enrolled (I think sublimeprogie is one), ask them how they like it.

I.)Fowley-Belsaw

I think this is the best choice simply because it covers alot, it provides you with tools, and it gives you supplies that you would need and alot of info about starting your own business.

I am 5 lessons away from being done with the basic section, then i still have the advanced section and the alarms and electronic security section.

I love the course so far, but make sure you talk them down to the 600 dollar range.

I am also doing the foley-belsaw course and so far I'm happy with materials and presentation. I would also have to say that they are very quick on getting supplies, lessons, and grades to you, had some missing material and they got it to me right away. I'm about 1/3 of the way thru the course, hope this helps.

From what I've seen, lockmasters in Nicholasville, KY is the most serious operation going.

No offense Ben WV, but my question would be why? A blanket statement without qualifications doesn't answer the question. I could say I have the best bike in the world, and if you don't know what's in you couldn't say I was right or wrong. What would be of interest to the person that started this thread and me is - is this outfit fast(quick to respond), customer friendly, in depth on subjects, general or specific(covers locksmithing in general or deals with a narrow subject range. All these things and more will determine what course works for an individual. As I said no offense intended, just my thoughts.
