combination locks

Postby mystic86 » 2 Oct 2005 21:31

I was cleaning my room today, and found 5 combination locks..they were for my locker in highschool, one for each year, because I forget my combination once school is out. Now that my sister is staring highschool, I want to let her use the locks instead of buying a new one..but so far, I have NO idea what the combinations are. I tried checking out websites and they show a ''bypass'' method? I tried it, but it didn't work.

I was looking through this site and saw pages for master and dudley locks....mine are cheap ones, so I am wondering if theres a big difference or not?

First off, Welcome to LP101!

To anwser your question, well Masterlock Combonation locks can be easily bypassed by shimming them, search on the forum and you'll find some info on that. I wouldn't suggest you use this method in school, or at any other place because this can put you in trouble.

As for the Dudley combos, well you are out of luck. They are being studied and maybe one day, we'll figure out how to bypass them.

I hope I anwsered your question,

Happy picking.
