hay I want to get a pick set for under 30$
what is the best set to get for us locks?
also I want the set to have bascily everly thing I need do get of to a good start :lol:

You could get a Southord set for under $30 such as http://www.lockpicks.com/index.asp?Page ... &ProdID=22 or http://www.lockpicks.com/index.asp?Page ... &ProdID=23 both are basic sets, Southern Ordaence are not the best of picks but are good for a beginner.
