Hmm, takes more thinking about this one.
Not more than 20% of time or revenue, most was from ongoing contracts and repeat business.

i suppose even the jobs through police are now new customers, but if as through police not classed as new customers then no more than 40% are new customers.

Jobs from contracts and passed on by other lockies are not new customers in this poll. More after adverts and word of mouth.
