Be nice to them, petersons are solid but they won't stand up to a session of

When I'm feeling  I just put the picks down. Nothing good will come of my picking when I'm feeling  and if I were to bend or break a pick I'd be all Image

so basically it might not be 100% legal but its not impossible to acqure these pick sets. Im in the process of getting my first set!

Heres something interesting that maybe those who have shopped at lockpickshop.com could help me with. There is a $5 locksmith CD available at the site on the ordering page. Has anyone bought this and do you think its worth spending money to get it?

They may just put up that disclaimer for legal purposes so if individual state laws change they can say look at the disclaimer.

State laws may vary, but generally lockpicks are not illegal unless they are used for criminal acts. Guns are legal unless you shoot someone with them. Same with crowbars, rocks, etc.

well, ive heard having picks in your posession in public is illegal unless you have a license. And getting a license is probably as difficult if not more difficult than getting a gun license.

That depends on your location. You may even find that info on this site if you search. Since your profile is not filled out, it's hard to say. But do some research. It may be that possessing picks is not illegal in your area at all. It's not in mine. :D
