There's a good chance that ebay may remove this item, so you should try to contact the seller by email before that happens. May get a better deal that way.
I was watching a key machine in the uk last week, and it disappeared after about 24 hours.

I've never owned or used a key machine yet. (Hope to soon though.) But I've read comments from Locksmiths. Mostly they look down their noses at this machine. I've heard comments about its accuracy not being great.
But let's face it - it's a good price, compared to the machines these locksmiths own, and with care you could be making a wide range of keys as accurately as you care to. You probably can't afford the kind of machine these guys have, yet. So I'd be happy with it. And it looks like you got a starter set of blanks too.
Hope you do actually get the machine!

This was my first machine, and I got it at a steal of $100 and it lasted me a good long time. I eventually bought an HPC premiere speedex machine, and I love that machine. The FB machine was nice though because of it's little depth micrometer, and because of the three cutting wheels it includes. It doesn't have multiple-way jaws or anything fancy like that but it is defentally a good beginner/utility machine. Happy cutting! ~Grit.

Auto45, I am taking the foley-belsaw course right now, in current catalog the fb model 200 key machine sells for $279 with 3 cutting wheels. Considering machine is used, but comes with some key blanks it seems you came out okay, didn't get a mind blowing deal, but you didn't get screwed either. From what I can see it's not a speed demon or a heavyduty machine, but it's something that if you take care of it will serve you well. Hope this helps.

The picture makes me think that the micrometer attachment has been added. If so, you can do some code cutting with the appropriate space key.

Doesn't eBay allow selling key machines? I've seen some listed before. Why did they yank it?

eBay does not permit the listing of any lockpicking or locksmithing device.
That's from e-bay's policy section.
See the whole thing at http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/lockpicking.html
The cool thing is that, if you find an auction listing for something that you want that the E-bay Nazi's haven't removed yet, you could PM the seller and make them an offer. Almost all sellers disregard ebay's rule about selling outside of e-bay. I have picked up two key machines this way. ~Grit.

Chucklz, the micrometer you see in the picture come with the machine, fb says that it used to adjust for worn keys. FB also sells a direct read(has a digit counter for direct readout) micrometer for depth and one for spacing. The depth kit is $93 and the spacing kit is $89 or both for $177.
