you guys will find I will be quite quiet for awhile as I read alllloooot of old posts.

I am up to three days of long readings. When I get into something, I desire to be on the top end of skill compared to others so I try to do my best to learn all I can.

I used to be intrested charming locks as a "kid" and found my old makeshift (proper termed) tension rod. and a rough rake i had fashioned in my mothers basement I was cleaning and now desire to take my old hobby more seriously.

I'm not a fan of those grips, they seem to dullen the feedback I get. I would say go for the metal handles.

My favorite picks however are peterson plastic handles. Wider, which seems more comforatable, and great feedback.

I personly think that the grips are a wast of money if they cost more if not than just get the grips

the plastic handles look nice, but do the rubber ones work just as well?

the rubber ones probobly work better unless the plastic ones have like dimond cuts in it

The ones with the grips actually cost ten dollars LESS.

As far as peterson picks go, the plastic handles have been reported to have better feedback than the rubber ones. I am also a proponent of this notion.
