Wendt question

Hi all I am new to posting on this site but have been following the threads for some time.
I have a question regarding the wendt gun. I notice that on their web site they show a pin (pick) to fit the gun, for use on dimple cylinders. You get 8 pins and an adaptor for 58 euros, that seems a lot of money for the amount of times that one might use it I know, better that than the DeWALT!!. They also show some stainless pins for some car locks. Question is has anybody tried these? if so what do they think?

i use the wendt gun daily, and a wide variety of blades, its an excellent pick gun, that for me has paid for itself 10 times over.

I wouldnt fancy messing with car locks with it but it does open dimple locks i beleive but mine is due this week so i can tell you better then,

For dimple locks impressioning is pretty much the easiest and quickest opening method but again ive not tried the wendt yet but on lesser picks its a bit hit and miss.

Vehicle locks can be quite delicate at times and i wouldnt like to put the power of a gun in there, there are easier ways anyway.

I keep hearing about this thing and kinda want one so I have to ask--since Wendt requires that you show proof of an 'occupation authorizing these tools' or some weird crap like that (I COULD probably just make up a license that says 'professional lockpicker' and sign it Daffy Duck and they wouldn't have a clue , but anyway let's say I wouldn't dare do such a thing...), so does anyone else, other than Multipick as their's seems REALLY overpriced, sell the Wendt gun? Anyone sell it who doesn't ask for a locksmithing license? Any places in the U.S. like that who, if they don't keep it in inventory, could probably order it?

No because there are better ways of opening them like i say, you mess one of those up by rattleing it to death and youve got a problem on your hands.

Dd, not sure, i know there are other places that sell it but as for where you are im lost am afraid, best thing to do is just ask around the suppliers you use or could use

Not sure if I follow that. Wendt seem to sell it for 399 euros and Multipick for 369 euros. Still, I'm probably missing the point?

ooiii...I thought that whoever sold it would be asking a good bit less than whatever multipick was asking as they tend to be expensive...oh well
