use the search button for templates..

there are a few materials you can choose from. I find that hacksaw blades work well but ARE very fragile. ive broken quite a few of my hacksaw blade picks with just normal wear and tear.

Feeler guage is also a good material but a bit more expensive and make sure you get it thin enough to fit the fey hole

Wiper blade inserts (metal piece shoved into the rubber) works very well. my wallet set is made of this material. you can make about 3 picks from each one and there are 2 in each blade so 6 for a set of decent size pair of wipers. It also makes great tension wrenches.

You will also need a rotary tool to make them. i suggest a Dremel brand or Black and Decker (i have it and it works great a bit cheaper then dremel too) if you have th emoney go for the dremel though.

When using this WEAR GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION! i cant stress this enough. even when i first started using mine i thought i wouldnt need eye protection but wore it anyway. the amount of times ive been hit in the face with sparks and metal dust i would be blind with out the glasses. get the kind that are like gogles its better to look like a nerd and have eyes LOL

any other questions post here or hit me up on msn

{db edit: email link removed.. but you could hit the "msn" button under his name. P.S. Posting email addresses on a site like this is just asking for SPAM.}

Good Luck!

I told him to click my sig, and it's the same link as the one you supplied - how many "newbie helping points" do I get then?
