i suppose if the pins were all the same size they would set with anything flat, like you said a screw driver. making a pick gun isnt too hard just use the Search feature on these forums. Pick guns basically vibrate inside of the lock until the pins set. you can honestly make one out of an electric toothbrush or any other offset motor you have laying around (not sure why you would...?) if you have some more info on the lock your tyring to get though we can be more specific in the help...

Further to cha0s's reply, you could also have a go at making a snap gun.
Quite easy to make and they cost nothing.

I agree. I made one tonight. My first one and it has worked on one lock so far. It cost me a coat hanger i get for free from the Dry cleaners. Worth the time. (Maybe 10 minutes.)

i saw the guide on the DIY snapgun, and i must say it looks pretty cool, and easier to make than the mousetrap plug spinner (although the moustrap spinner owns all)

I actually made my 1st homemade lock pick with a small precision screwdriver. Its a small one i'll say that also. I can open some master locks with it but thats about it because the screwdriver shaft isnt long enough for a house lock. I also made a tention wrench out of a old wiper blade. Its diy for now but i just ordered my 1st lock picking set so its time to upgrade. I will say I did use the raking motion to get the locks opened up most of the time. I have been practicing the last few days tryting to do them pin for pin . I hope that helps.
